AV Chevy Return and Refund Policy

Products purchased from Antelope Valley Chevrolet, Inc., (aka AV Chevy) may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Refund will be given in a form of a company check from AV Chevy. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service.
"Refund Period" A refund will only be issued if you request a refund by contacting AV Chevy at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, reason for refund, and contact information to include, first & last name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, email address.
“Exchanges” Request for exchange must be sent to AV Chevy via email at email@example.com no later than two weeks after sale of product with the order number, reason for exchange and contact information to include, first & last name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, email address. Exchange will only be against an equally amount item and approved by AV Chevy.
